Orioles outright INF Hernandez; claim OF Fiorentino

The Baltimore Orioles outrighted infielder Luis Hernandez to Triple-A Norfolk on Thursday and claimed outfielder Jeff Fiorentino off waivers from the Oakland Athletics. Hernandez cleared waivers after batting .241 (19-for-71) with three RBI in 36 games this season. He appeared in 30 games last year, compiling a .290 average with seven RBI.
