The Pittsburgh Pirates recalled pitcher Brian Bullington from Triple-A Indianapolis of the International League on Thursday. Bullington, the first overall pick in the 2002 draft, appeared in five games (three starts) for the Pirates in 2007 and went 0-3 with a 5.29 earned-run average. In a corresponding move, the Pirates optioned right-hander Marino Salas to Indianapolis. Salas went 1-0 with a 7.00 ERA in seven appearance
