Czech Republic (+125) The Czechs grind out a 1:0 win against Switzerland in their opener – thanks to which they have a prayer in this Euro Cup. There loss to Portugal was to be expected, but aside from a riveting first-half, the second half was all Portugal. To be fair, the Czechs were robbed of some opportunities – mainly coming from their most valuable player thus far in the completion Sionka. However, if the Czechs wish to advance out of the Group stage, the whole team will have to contribute. A one man strategy would be a fools mission.

Turkey (+215) Turkey became the surprise contender of Group A when the defeated Switzerland in the second cycle. Their first match against Portugal bears very little consideration – from the start it was a mismatch and outclassed they were. In the second cycle, Turkey showed real heart and determination to oust Switzerland. If they bring the same exuberance on Sunday, anything can happen.

Betting Verdict: To claim anything can happen is stating the obvious. Both teams have a viable stake and chance in advancing to the quarterfinal. What is left to be determined, which team wants it more? Turkey’s inspired performance against the co-host Switzerland was certainly a confirmation of their desire to keep their campaign alive. Meanwhile, from the Czech squad, more than Milan Baros’s over gelled persona was expected to find its way to the back of the next – the ball would have been nice for example. So will it be a Turkish delight on Sunday or will the Czechs finally deliver on their promise and hammer out a convincing victory, befitting of a team ranked in the top 10 in FIFA rankings?

Soccer Free Picks: Although the Czech side did not overly impress, history has shown them to be slow-starters, only to blossom in critical situations. Assuming they are staying true to this off-putting tradition, then it follows that soccer bettors may in for a Czech treat on Sunday. As such, I like the Czechs to deliver a win at +125. By no means a huge profit in the making, but a modest one to say the least for loyal soccer bettors. Of course, I do not expect the Turkish squad to be a pushover. After all they are within reach of a final eight berth. So that being said, there must be goals in this match from both teams. They will both try to force the issue and assert control of the game. Over 2 goals at +105 would be a fair play.
