PROMOTION PERIOD:
The Promotion will begin at 12:01 a.m. (EST) October 21, 2008 and shall end at 11:59 p.m. (EST) December 28, 2008, unless earlier terminated by Sponsor (the “Promotion Period”).

HOW TO WIN:
Bonus prizes will be awarded based upon the number of “Parlay Points” accumulated by a Participant in a given week during the Promotion Period. For the purposes of the Promotion, a “week” is 12:00 AM EST on each Tuesday until the following Monday at 11:59 PM EST.

Any points awarded will count in the week that the last leg of the parlay wager takes place and is graded.

For the final week of the promotion, all eligible wagers must finish and be graded by December 29th, 2008.

Parlay Points shall be accumulated each week as follows for eligible Participants:

PRIZES:

Weekly Prizes. Once per week on Tuesday of each week during the Promotion Period, Sponsor will award Five prizes to those Participants that have accumulated the most Parlay Points during the preceding week.

The weekly prizes are as follows:

1st Place - $250 eCash bonus
2nd Place - $200 eCash bonus
3rd Place - $150 eCash bonus
4th Place – $100 eCash bonus
5th Place - $50 eCash bonus

In the event of a tie, the tie will be broken by identifying the winner as follows:

The Participant that had the largest (i.e. most teams) Winning Bet; and, if still tied,
The Participant with the most number of Winning Bets (that week); and, if still tied,
The Prizes shall be combined and split equally between or among tied players.

All dollar values herein refer to US Dollars. Winners responsible for all applicable taxes and fees, if any. Prizes are nontransferable and no substitution or cash equivalent is allowed, except as Sponsor may elect to permit in its sole and absolute discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prize of the same approximate retail value.
