The fight over online gambling in Minnesota is heading to court.
The Interactive Media Entertainment and Gaming Association filed a federal lawsuit Wednesday, trying to stop the state from enforcing its order for Internet providers to block gambling sites.

The state claims such gambling is illegal.

The lawsuit comes days after Republican State Rep. Pat Garofalo introduced legislation aimed to overturn the ban.
