An Internet gambling company that is based in Panama is the subject of a lawsuit that was filed by Station Casinos in U.S. District Court in Las Vegas. Smart Answer, S.A. is the company, and the suit also names Susana Gonzales as a defendant.

Stations claims that the company is infringing on copyrights that the casino company has on some of the names of their properties in the US. Specifically the lawsuit named "boulderstation," "sunsetstation," and "palacestation" as names that were being used by the gambling company online.

"Defendants' actions has disrupted or are intended to disrupt plaintiff's business by, among other things, diverting web users away from plaintiffs' Web sites and to the online gambling website defendants linked to the infringing domain names," alleged Stations in their lawsuits.
