Now that attorney's for the state and online gambling websites have made their cases, it has become quite clear what the verdict should be. The online companies have done nothing illegal, but that does not mean the judge will rule in their favor.

In what could be a precedent setting case, the state of Kentucky paraded out a private lawyer to tell their side of the case involving online gambling site domain names. The lawyer argued that what the online sites were doing is illegal and the state should get the rights to the names.
