Free Picks for Saturday

So I know I've had this disclaimer about the free picks being the weakest plays and that I don't play them, but I really put 1% of my bankroll on these games in comparison to 3-4% on the regular and BEST BETS.

Rutgers -3.5 over South Florida

I know Rutgers isn't very good, but South Florida is just 2-13 on the road and losing by almost 10 ppg away from home. Their six game losing streak may have gotten stopped with a win over Cincinnati last time out, but I'm not that impressed. Rutgers has lost eight straight games, but with this home game being their last of the season I think they come out and try to avoid a 1-17 finish in the Big East.

20* No Doubt Rout on Marquette -5 over Syracuse

I'll take the Golden Flashes today who are 16-1 on their home floor and winning by 16 points in Milwaukee. Syracuse is just 5-5 on the road this year giving up more points than they are scoring. Yeah that Orange have blown out St. John's Cincinnati, and Rutgers in their last three games but that just allows us to see some value on Marquette today. Plus a great system is to play against road underdogs of 3.5 to 9.5 points off a blowout win by 20 or more points over a conference rival against opponent coming off a road game in which both teams put up more than 75 points. 26-6 (81.2%) since 1997. Marquette has lost three straight games to the top teams in the Big East, they get back on track today in their home finale.
