Clemson +6 Clemson wants to win this game badly for a number of reasons. First and foremost, they want revenge for the two overtime losses to the Tar Heels this season. They were leading both of those games late into the 2nd half; however the Tigers let both games slip away in overtime. While North Carolina wants to win this game, they do not need it in order to get a #1 seed in the upcoming tournament. They did not come out with as much intensity as Virginia Tech did yesterday, which should have cost them the game. They were very flat and needed a last second shot to pull out the win. Clemson is a very athletic team which matches up well against UNC athletes. Clemson’s offense and press defense allows them to stay in games, even if they get down early. I look for this game to be a slugfest with the outcome being decided in the last seconds.
