Former Patriots employee Matt Walsh has reached a deal with the NFL that will allow him to speak openly with the league about any knowledge or physical evidence he may have of the club's alleged spying tactics.
The deal requires that Walsh return any tapes and other paraphernalia in his possession that belong to the Patriots. In return, both the NFL and the New England franchise have promised not to sue Walsh. In addition, both entities will repay any expenses Walsh incurs while making the trip to New York for the interview.
The meeting is scheduled to take place on May 13 in the Commissioner's office in Manhattan.
