While this is a low total, this game has low scoring written all over it. I do not see these two offenses combining for more than 30 points.

Browns are going to be amped after beating Pittsburgh and the Chiefs looked awful against the Bills. Cleveland and the UNDER.

So much for my analysis, there are 44 points on the board at halftime easily taking this game over the total line of 36.5. I guess in the case of having both a bad offense and a bad defense a lot of points can be scored
