The Titans have no offense(or defense for that matter) averaging 14 points a game and Jacksonville has been spotty as well averaging 20. When you add it up it points to an ugly, low scoring affair.
Stay with the UNDER.
Oh the sadest game of the week. A sleeper for sure. Wake me up when this debocle is over. UNDER, but th Titans get their first win, 3-2 LOL!
