Tampa won’t be winless at the end of the season; this could be the only game of the year when you bet on the Bucs.

Last season this would have been an interesting game, but given the current state of both these teams, I would look for a low scoring, sloppy, mistake riddled game. Panthers find a way to win but it will not be pretty.
