Bengals@ Browns Over/Under
The over/under is currently set at 38.5
The Bengals are a team on the rise and should easily win this one. The Browns are so bad on offense I do think they will score more than 10.
The Brown's offense will single handedly keep this game total under.
I am going with the Bengals in this one. The Brown are going to have a miserable season. Maybe even worse than the Lions or the Raiders. UNDER.
