OAKLAND RAIDERS -3 over Kansas City Chiefs
The Raiders are spinning off a huge road win in Denver where they romped the turbulent Broncos 31-10. The Silver and Black may have been committed to absurdity lately, but they look damn focused on finishing out the season strong. The last time they faced the Kansas City Chiefs, they were able to throttle them 23-8.
So what’s the problem here? Well for one I’m nervous and Kansas City’s road record against the spread. They’re 9-3 ATS in their last 12 games and have simply looked like they should be on the verge of winning something lately. Tyler Thigpen, for all the crap he’s had to deal with this year, has still steadied the Chiefs to 192.7 passing yards per game.
I’m just not ready to believe hat Oakland can put together back-to-back wins over division opponents just yet. Darren McFadden scored two touchdowns on ten carries last weekend. Can he do it again against a rushing defense that let him explode last time they met? I doubt it.
