Analysis: I’ll make this pick brief and just say I’m surprised that the Chiefs are favored in this contest even though I know the Rams won’t be playing their starters very long, if at all while the Chiefs will try a bit harder before playing their second and third stringers. Still, I like the Rams to win and cover as they enter the 2008 regular season opener feeling like they have something to prove this season.
