The Bengals issues seem to have less to do with talent than they do with personalities. The talent is there they just seem to lack confidence and desire. And last season they lacked defense in a big way. Seems for about 3 years the Bengals were a popular pick to "break through" and surprise people. It really never happened. Now that everybody seems to be giving up on them this will be the year?? Logically without vast improvements on defense they'll have a tough time winning consistently. But that's why they don't play the games on paper.
