Jags sign Thorpe; waive Richards

The Jacksonville Jaguars have signed wide receiver Craphonso Thorpe and waived wide receiver Derrek Richards.

Thorpe played in five games for Indianapolis last season and registered 12 receptions for 70 yards with one touchdown. The Florida State product also returned 15 kickoffs for an average of 21.2 yards and returned six punts for a 5.2 yard average.
