The Boston Celtics added free agent Rasheed Wallace to their roster, following their past track record of adding veteran players seeking the chance to win a Championship.

The question remains whether it pays off for both parties.

Maybe so, but does putting him on the Celtics make him a better player and them a better team? I quess that remains to be seen.

An aging Wallace will not be the answer to a Celtics Championship run. But, veteran leadership can't hurt either.
