    Lakers beat Nuggets 105-103

Kobe Bryant scored 40 points as the Lakers fought off the Nuggets 105-103 in Game 1 of the Western Conference finals.

It was a hard fought scrappy game. Denver looked good and had a chance to run away with it allowing the Lakers ro come back from a 13 pt deficit.

Game 2 on Thurs in LA. Can the Nuggets take one in LA?

This is a tough loss for the Nuggets as the had the Lakers on the ropes early and still had a chance to win in the end.

If the Lakers take both games at home, this would put Denver in a hole they probably will not be able to climb out of.

I agree. Denver has to take game two in LA. Is it just me or does Kobe cry all the time. I was ready to punch that little biatch through my TV last night.

No argument here, this was a really tough loss. If Lakes go up 2-0 then they might sweep it.

The Nuggets have to have a short memory and go out in game two and take control early(like they did in game 1) and this time, not let the Lakers back in it.

They need to play physical against Kobe. Kobe is a whiner and they can get under his skin.
