Your Favorite Driver

Do you have a favorite Nascar driver?

Personally, my whole family is made up of Earnhardt fans, with the exception of a couple of people who aren't invited to watch the games with the rest of us.

I'm pretty much a Gordon fan, but I respect all the drivers for their abilities. I think Nascar is one of the most difficult sports, because you're sport is operating a machine that can kill you if something goes wrong.

ya but I just gotta say turning left all the time gets a little old. I'd much rather watch Formula 1 or an Indy/Cart road race...

I agree, Canuck Kid. It does get old watching the turns, and that's why I'm also just getting into Indy racing. I was watching the one in Long Beach this past weekend, and boy was it exciting. Those are the most intense races I've ever seen.

Nascar can get boring, yes, but I suppose that when you've grown up around everybody rooting for their favorite drivers and going to races, all the hype just makes it seem much more interesting.
