Nascar Power Rankings - May 6th Edition

NASCAR: Power Rankings

Here we go with this week's rankings - which by the way is pretty easy to break down

Kyle Busch - - Busch’s third victory of the year after wins at Las Vegas and Bristol. That makes Busch the top driver in NASCAR right now.

Jeff Gordon - - Finished in the top ten, at number 8, which means he bounced back big time from his horrible Talladega run.

Jimmie Johnson - - Jimmie followed up his bad Talladega run with an even worse run at Richmond. He finished 36th in the Crown Royal 400

Tony Stewart - - Went off at +1000 to win the Crown Royal 400 and just bided his time before making a run towards the end of the race to finish 2nd.

Kurt Busch - - Finished 12th last week, which wasn't all that bad all things considering

I think Jimmie Johnson is due for a rebound as he has two bad races in a row. Kyle Busch is getting into true racing form and could be tough to beat.
