Baseball Betting - New York Yankees vs. Cleveland Indians
The New York Yankees travel to Cleveland to take on the Indians in what will be a nationally televised Saturday game. The Yankees haven’t been stellar sportsbook betting gods this year. They really aren’t that special and unless they’re playing the Red Sox they seem, well, boring. Take for instance this game where they will start pitcher Ian Kennedy. There’s nothing really wrong with Kennedy…okay, maybe there is. As far as BetUS online wagering is concerned, Kennedy is one of those guys that no real online gambler can take seriously. He’s got an ERA of 9.64 in four games pitched this season. He’s allowed fifteen runs in only fourteen innings.
The Indians counter with a lackluster starter of their own - - Jeremy Sowers. It’s Sowers first game of the season. So, I’ll give him a break, but last year…man, this guy was bad. The Indians had the lowest runs scored against them out of every team in the majors last year. Don’t tell that to Sowers. He was a sportsbook betting nightmare going 1 and 6 in 13 games with a 6.42 ERA. The guy just didn’t have it last year. Maybe, he’ll do something special this year.
