Rickie Weeks singled in the winning run in the 10th inning to boost Milwaukee to a 3-2 victory over the Cincinnati Reds, after Eric Gagne gave up a tying homer in the ninth for the Brewers.
J.J. Hardy had three hits and scored twice, including the winner, as the Brewers won for the fourth straight time and moved to 6-1 on the season.
Bill Hall homered for Milwaukee and Jeff Suppan gave up six hits and a run over seven solid frames for the Brewers.
Johnny Cueto struck out eight and allowed two runs over 6 1/3 innings for the Reds, who have dropped back-to-back contests. Corey Patterson tied the game with a two-out solo homer off Gagne in the ninth inning. Patterson drove in both Cincinnati runs, and Ken Griffey Jr. had three hits.
