MLB Baseball Wagering - Dodgers vs Padres Chrisopher Young, scheduled to start for the San Diego Padres in this Sunday’s game, is a Princeton grad. I don’t believe I’ve ever seen a pitcher who graduated from an Ivy League school take the mound. Maybe I didn’t watch enough baseball as a child. I’m not sure if Young’s diploma will necessarily intimidate Derek Lowe, the scheduled starter for the Los Angeles Dodgers. If it doesn’t, then maybe that ERA of 1.59 will. That’s what Young gave up in his first start of the season, a win against the Houston Astros. For his career ******opher Young has a lifetime ERA of 3.65. Not too shabby smart-boy!
