Did you hear the news about the Angels pitcher Nick Adenhart?

Los Angeles Angels rookie pitcher Nick Adenhart and two other people were killed Thursday when a minivan ran a red light and struck their sports car, authorities said.

I heard about it earlier today. Terrible news. He had everything going for him in life it sounded like.

I hope they hammer the guy that ran the red light! 2nd degree murder x3 if you ask me.

I was shocked to read this today. Very very sad to happen to anyone, but this kid was ery talented and had a bright future

The police did manage to catch that guy. He was a drunk-driver and if I recall, not a first time offender. He'll get the book thrown at him - probably life in jail - but in this case, considering the guy killed three people, I'm not sure the book can be thrown hard enough at him.
