The Colorado Rockies send poor Jeff Francis to the mound on Tuesday night for some National League sports betting action. Francis just hasn’t been all that good this year. Francis has the talent but when he’s not good - - well, he burns more online wagering money then almost any pitcher in the National League. His ERA this season is a horrid 6.15. His record is a terrible 1 to 5. The guy just doesn’t have a whole lot going for him this season. And, since his team fails to give him run support, Francis is a terrible baseball betting candidate almost every time he takes the mound.

The Los Angeles Dodgers counter with ace pitcher Brad Penny. Penny, like Francis has the talent, but Penny, like Francis, has been underperforming this season. His ERA is 5.66 and his record is 5 and 6.
