Frolov will not be traded to Pens?

Los Angeles Kings general manager Dean Lombardi denied rumors that he will send the team's goal-scoring leader, Alexander Frolov, to the Pittsburgh Penguins for center Jordan Staal, according to the Los Angeles Times.

"All those rumors about him being traded are, at this stage, totally false," Lombardi said. "The last month he's picked it up and he's playing like he cares."

Lombardi also indicated veteran Sean O'Donnell will remain with the team. Lombardi said signing O'Donnell will be a 'priority' for the Kings.

As a Ducks fan I could care less what the Queens do with Frolov, he's a floater anyways, the Kings suck, and always will suck. THey've never been the same since Gretz left and went to ugh...cringe....St. Louis!

I think Frolov will go to Edmonton because They may have little choice but to travel the rental route to pick up a scoring forward by the deadline if they want to compete in the northwest division with the resurgent Canucks, and their bitter rival the Flames.
