New York Islanders +130 over NEW JERSEY DEVILS

The Devils are hard to believe in with Martin Brodeur on the shelf for a few more months. But the Islanders are still one of the worst teams in hockey right now. So why am I backing them tonight? Because they’re 7-3 SU in their last 10 games against the Devils. The Islanders are also riding a cool three-game winning streak with two wins over the Senators and a nice home win over Vancouver from Monday. With a lot of rest, the Islanders will be able to overcome the superior coaching in Jersey.
