Veteran left winger Gary Roberts will reportedly not continue his career with the Pittsburgh Penguins. According to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, Roberts' agent Rick Curran told the newspaper that his client intends to test the free agent waters. Acquired from the Florida Panthers on February 27, 2007 in exchange for defenseman Noah Welch, the 42-year-old Roberts recorded 10 goals and 28 points in his season-plus with the Penguins.
