    Default Female Golfers

Do you pay much attention to the female golfers out there? What are some of the more prominent professional golfers (of the woman variety) that have really made a name for themselves?

Karrie Webb and Stephanie Na are both excellent players, champions on a global scale. Don't know that I'd go out of my way to bet on them though.

I don't watch much women's golf, just the Uconn Women's Basketball sometimes. Shame they're overlooked.

I don't know much about female golf, but from what I can tell, the women in professional golf are pretty overlooked. I have always wondered if it's a matter of gender or talent.

Sorry, I don't follow too many golfers, in general, but I'll agree with you that women atheletes, and of course that means female golfers too, are just not given enough credit for what they do.

I would have to say Karrie Webb. I don't pay much attention to golf but I had to compile information for the local newspaper about golf and she really stood out for me

I stumbled across an Australian golf forum some time ago, and yes, it does seem that women are much more popular there. I looked up some of the courses in Australia and they have some beautiful ones that I can only imagine playing it.
