Jerry Kelly ended his seven-year winless drought with a victory Sunday at the Zurich Classic of New Orleans, earning the 42-year-old a 63-place bump to No. 78 in this week's world rankings.
No. 1 Tiger Woods was again followed by Phil Mickelson, Sergio Garcia, Geoff Ogilvy and Kenny Perry to round out the top five.
Paul Casey was up one place to No. 6, dropping Padraig Harrington to No. 7.
Vijay Singh, Henrik Stenson, Camilo Villegas, Robert Karlsson, Steve Stricker, Anthony Kim, Jim Furyk, Lee Westwood, Ernie Els, Rory McIlroy, Angel Cabrera and Mike Weir remained in positions 8-19.
Luke Donald advanced one spot to 20th, dropping Stewart Cink out of the top 20.
