|  Fantasy Baseball Hot & NOt Hot Andre Ethier, OF, Dodgers Only Albert Pujols has more RBIs in the National League than Ethier. Let's just say that hitting next to Manny Ramirez pays its dividends (hey, how's David Ortiz done lately?). Whether fantasy owners have realized it or not, Ethier has climbed to the upper tier among outfielders in fantasy. Not Scott Kazmir, SP, Rays Through his first six starts, Kazmir has a 6.00 ERA. That's right, the guy who didn't have an ERA worse than 3.49 in any of his previous four seasons has a typical Livan Hernandez ERA. Miraculously, he's still 3-3. Either he has lost it … or he's an excellent buy-low candidate.
