Default Britney Spears Granted Visitation

The rewiring of Britney Spears continues as Britney and Kevin Federline appeared in a Los Angeles courtroom on Tuesday with the result being that she is allowed more time with their two sons.

"Kevin loves Britney and he loves his children," Federline's spokesperson tells In Touch. "I believe he would love to see a situation where the children have the benefit of a mommy and a daddy raising them. I've seen him [Kevin] with his children. The love is genuine."

Kevin's attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan described Britney's visitation as "a cautious step — a step nonetheless. The children are great. We're going to take it one step at a time."

Britney's parents, Jamie and Lynne Spears said in a statement: "We are so pleased with Britney's progress and we're very appreciative of the court's recognition of this progress."

Despite today's decision, Kevin still retains full custody.

I don't think that Britney and Justin are any step closer to having another relationship, sorry for all those who are rooting for it. :P

I think the whole situation is a bit strange, being that it involves Britney. It seems odd to say that I think Kevin Federline is less of a deranged parent than Britney.

I highly doubt Justin and Britney would ever get back together, but hey their celebrities. It could happen, but I think a Kevin/Britney thing would be more likely.

Funnily enough, my niece is a gigantic Britney fan, knows absolutely everything about the woman and is rooting for her so much, and she's begging that a Britney and Kevin reunion never happens. I guess she knows something that nobody else knows. It's really not something I'm up to date with, I just know that she's having custodial problems right now. It all just gets to be too much sometimes.
