were you ever in a band?

Just like the thread title says, were you ever in a band, or currently in one? What type of music do you play and would you consider yourselves good?

I thought about starting a band numerous times as a teen, but I just never thought it would work out, getting a bunch of talented (or even untalented!) people together regularly. I do play the electric guitar, though I haven't played in quite some time now.

Nope, no bands for me either. If I were in a band though, I would love to play drums and play rock music. Even alternative rock would be fine for me. I just think it would hard to be in a band and have to deal with what the other band members want, if their interests clash with yours.

I tried to start a band when I was 14, but my friends just weren't as committed as I was. I was really thinking that I could be like the next Ozzy or something, but it never happened, obviously.
