Michael Beasley Declares for NBA Draft

After putting up monster numbers in his one year at Kansas State, freshman Michael Beasley is heading to the NBA.

"It's time to take my game to the next level," Beasley said. "I think I proved myself over the course of the season. I just think it's time for new challenges."

Beasley's declaration is no surprise as his draft stock couldn't get any higher. Beasley put up 26.2 points and 12.4 rebounds per game at Kansas State, and is a lock to be the top pick in the NBA draft.

"I kind of made my mind up, then went back to being undecided, made my mind up, then went back to being undecided," said Beasley. "Today was when my decision stuck."
