Donovan on shelf for Week 1?

will Donovan McNabb play in week 1 against the Cowboys? McNabb has a hurt ankle, but unless it is broken he will play in week 1. How can you not playing against the Cowboys in week 1 on National TV? If McNabb can be the winning QB in the game he will win over a lot of DC fans, including myself, but if he dies not play he will lose them. I foresee a Redskins win and a new era in DC, I hope, and the Skins have to start the season off well since they do not have the easiest schedule in the league this season like they did last season.

McNabb will make the Skins a lot better (I always liked their defense, it's their crappy offense that needed a facelift) but I still don't see them beating Dallas in week one - not even a homer pick.
