The court of public opinion will eventually decide what to make of Tiger's transgressions but his actions have nothing to do with him as an athlete, rather it is about him as a public figurehead.
If every athlete who ever cheated on his wife made front page news there would be no room left for anything that is actually newsworthy.
Even if he has a prenup she will still make off with more than any exwife in history right?

US Weekly has reported the couple has a prenuptial agreement worth $300 million, which would make this the most expensive celebrity divorce in history. Right now, Michael Jordan holds that record when his wife, Juanita, received an estimated $150 million settlement.

$300,000,000 makes up for a heck of a lot transgressions. The amazing thing is he could make that back in about 5 years.
She will take the $300 million and get another $500 mill to go on Oprah and tear Tiger a new one.
