Another famous sports figure finds himself in a mess as Rick Pitino takes center stage in a bizarre case of infidelity, abortion, and extortion. Just another day at the office for the Louisville basketball coach.

I don't know if he is going to survive this one as there are some serious moral implications in this case.

I think he will be fine...he has gained some compassion to not accepting some other jobs because he is supporting family members and couldn't move.

I hope you are right as you would hate to see a great coach's career completely derailed. Hopefully it can be a lesson to others.

There was an article in a recent SI on the subject but it didn't say much other than trying to make this look like an even bigger deal because Pitino is a Catholic.

Being a Catholic myself, as a general rule of thumb, this kind of behavior is definitely frowned upon.
