It's an interesting read but I just don't know what has to happen for it to be legalized. Someone has to really champion this cause with a good reason to do it but I don't see it happening for a while.

I agree that it is going to take someone with alot of clout to champion this cause. There aren't any lobbying groups that I aware of that right now can get it done.
