It's about time - in Canada, they have talked about changed the local Pro Line lottery to essentially allowing a "government legislated"-type bookie at each convenience store where they allow Pro Line.

My opinion, this is a matter of time until this becomes legalized - government just needs to figure out how to tax it or get their paws on it.
