I didn't expect she would be out this soon. So far Andy Roddick is out in second rounds also Davenport withdraws from injury, Blake and Sonia Mirza are out. There have been lots of upset at Wimbledon 2nd rounds. No 1 seed Ivanovic holds on ..beats Dechy. (Qbin Missile Crisis must be happy about that!) LOL

I didn't expect her to be out so early either, and it's a shame. I think that Maria Sharapova is one of the hottest athletes, and it's sad that so much talent was thrown out already. I guess that there's always next time though.

yea it wasn't her day.. I couldn't believe she made 22 unforced errors! It's too bad she has experienced terrible defeats at two major events this month. I don't know what's the reason for her flops but my guess is most likely her game is too inflexible and she needs to develop more diverse strategy.
