It’s a big disappointment for Buick Open without Woods being there to particpate in their 50th anniversary tournament..and it may spell a downward turn with their TV ratings.
But who knows what can happen..vet Rocco Mediate can boost up the game with his dynamic play and I doubt interest will wane when there are many new talents getting exposed to the world. What it boils down to is that golf fans will tune in to see golfers make skillful and expert shots..but there surely will be a lot less excitement with no No 1 Tiger.

I agree about there not being as much excitement without Tiger for the rest of the season. I guess that this will be a good opportunity for everybody else to get noticed though.
