The Big East probably has the most parity of any major football conference, but it still will come down to the Pitt @ West Virginia game in late November.

I just got some inside information from a cousin that attends West Virginia and follows the football team very closely. He said bank on the Mountaineers to win the Big East, so that is good enough for me.
