I think the league on the whole is underrated but I don't see the champion turning over so soon.

I will say USC is still the best team in the PAC 10 and will most likely win the division once again this season.

This year will be closer than most in the PAC 10 and there will be an upset or two, but USC is still the best team and should come out on top again in 2009.
I just can't see any other team in the PAC 10 today that can top SC. Maybe in 2 seasons.
