Florida State and Virginia Tech have the best odds, and I give the nod to Tech to win the ACC.

I like Miami and North Carolina to have strong seasons as well as the ACC tries and build back some respect as one of the top conferences in college football.

Virginia Tech is due to have a big season that takes them pretty high up in the polls. They just need to avoid the one or two letdown games that have haunted them in the past.

I think it'll be Tech and Clemson in the ACC title game, I give Clemson the nod over FSU because of the schedules (the 'Noles play Miami, BYU on the road, UNC on the road, Clemson on the road, Wake on the road AND the Gators in the Swamp)

Clemson is definitely a team to watch this year in the ACC. I'm not sure they will win it, but the program will be back on track in 2009 which is great to see.
