Bet on Harvard vs. Yale

It’s not a Bet Online scam to hear wagering experts talking about Harvard’s hoops team, which has split their two games against ranked teams and are on the brink of moving into the top 25 themselves. However, they’ll travel on the road to take on their biggest rivals, Yale.

Harvard Yale Odds – Friday, 7:00 PM ET

The Crimson (16-2, 2-0 Ivy) have now won four in a row after a 54-38 victory in Dartmouth, the beginning of three straight road games and Wagerweb reviews of this game would give the credit to their defense, which held the Big Green to 31.7%. Corbin Miller came off the bench to score 13 points in 17 minutes, while another sub, Steve Moundou-Missi, had a strong all-around performance with nine points, four boards, three steals and two blocks for the Crimson, whose fans must be puffing out their chests right now (possibly enough to make a large Super Bowl betting wager). Harvard has already defeated Florida State and played Connecticut tough on the road. While they may not be able to keep that up throughout a Tournament run, it’s always good to see the Ivy League schools show that they have skills outside of academia.

The Bulldogs (12-4, 2-0 Ivy) also won their fourth straight game in a 73-60 victory at Brown, giving them back-to-back wins over the Bears. Greg Mangano dropped 18 points to go with a game-high 11 rebounds, while Reggie Willhite added 13 points for the Bulldogs, and players that buy price per head services may have watched Yale dominate in the second half, outscoring the Bears by 10 points. The Bulldogs outrebounded Brown 44-27 and held the Bears to 35% from the field, and they have a full head of steam as they prepare to host the Crimson.

Yale should be the favorites at home, where they are 3-2 SU and 4-1 ATS in their last five meetings with Harvard, with four games going over the posted total. The Bulldogs are 6-0 SU at home this season, while Harvard’s two losses have come on the road and it’s going to be interesting to see if the Crimson can sustain the early pressure from their opponents. The Bulldogs are going to come flying out of the gate because they won’t want to lose to their rivals, especially at home, and hearing Harvard mentioned by media members that usually never talk about the Ivy League has to get under their skin, just a little. Yale is also stronger on the boards and pass the ball around more, but they’re going to have to push the pace against the Crimson, who will play very deliberately. We’re banking on Harvard in our college basketball betting picks.
