Memphis-Kansas Spread: Betting Preview of NCAA Men's Basketball Championship Game

The current Vegas spread on Memphis-Kansas has the Tigers a 1.5 point favorite with a total ranging from 145.5 to 146.5. This is consistent with the offshore sportsbooks betting odds for the NCAA Championship game.
