Memphis vs. Houston College hoops banter

My own personal lines have this as a closer spread, what do you have them winning by?

I think they will win by 12-15. It is on the road but it took 35 from Coleman to keep Houston in the game last time(within 15). Memphis thinks they can get a #1 seed so I don't see them faultering in this one.
