Woods takes over at MVSU

Mississippi Valley State named Sean Woods its new head coach on Tuesday. Woods, a former standout on the floor at Kentucky, was the head of basketball operations at Texas Christian before becoming an assistant coach at the school. Prior to arriving at TCU, Woods spent one year serving as an assistant coach at Texas A&M Corpus Christi. He began his college coaching career at High Point, where he assisted in game and practice preparation,
